Aluminum COB PCB can avoid silver sulfuration effectively.
There’s a chemical reaction between silver & sulfur , and turns to Ag2S. It’s black and lower the light efficiency hugely, finally cause to dead light.
The reliability test between Evercore COB & Integrated ones in high temperature and high humidity condition (Ta=70℃, RH=85%). Evercore COB still remains higher lumen after 504H testing.
The lumen is higher with aluminum PCB because of the better reflectivity performance of mirror aluminum PCB.
